THE UK HOLIDAY GROUP appoints a new role!

Norwich-based The UK Holiday Group is delighted to announce the internal appointment of Helen Smith, who has been promoted to our newly created Systems Analyst role!

We are delighted to announce that long-standing colleague Helen Smith has officially moved into a newly created and integral Systems Analyst role within The UK Holiday Group.

Helen has been with the business for many years with a long service record as Reservations Administrator and former Manager. Having been with the business for 22 years, Helen brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and dedication to the position.

In her new role, Helen will work closely alongside the management team to help develop bespoke systems and support seamless integration across the Group’s family of brands. Drawing on her extensive customer-facing operational experience, she will focus on delivering process-driven solutions, improving efficiencies, and streamlining systems and workflows across all departments and our many offices.

Helen is excited to begin this new chapter and looks forward to collaborating with teams across the business to enhance existing processes and help drive continued operational improvements.

Paul Bennet, MD of the Group, is equally delighted to see Helen step into this key role and is looking forward to working closely with her as the position develops further within the business.
