Each year, our tour operating businesses organise holidays for tens of thousands of people, and although we lead in the UK domestic market, we are also a key player in escorted air holidays, holidays by rail, no-fly ocean cruises and European river cruises. Operating to multiple destinations worldwide, we employ talented and experienced team members who love holidays almost as much as their customers!

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy Hotel Contracts department in our Norwich head office. The successful candidate will have excellent administration and communication skills, an interest in travel and leisure, and be comfortable working under their own initiative as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities include handling and responding to customer correspondence, assisting the head of department in negotiating hotel contracts, and all associated supporting administration.

Hours: Full-time preferred, part-time considered for the right candidate.
Days: Monday-Friday.
Salary Range: £25-26,000 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week.
