My role: I work closely alongside the management team to help develop bespoke systems and support seamless integration across all of the UK Holiday Group’s brands, departments, and many offices.
My experience: I first joined the Reservations Team at UKHG following a work experience placement during my time studying Travel and Tourism at College. I progressed to Reservations Team Leader, then Reservations Manager and I managed the department for 13 years. After starting a family, I was delighted to return to working in the reservations department as Reservations Administrator, continue working with our fabulous customers and a brilliant team on a part-time basis. I have now begun a new chapter, having recently been appointed as a Systems Analyst.
My favourite UK holiday destination: There are so many, but the Peak District and Lake District are my favourites. I also holidayed on the Isle of Man when I was a child, and I am keen to return as an adult.
