Job Description: Group Sales Executive
The Company

Although we lead in the UK domestic market, we are also a key player in escorted air holidays, holidays by rail, no-fly ocean cruises and European river cruises. Operating to multiple destinations worldwide, our team members love holidays as much as our customers, and we are always on the look-out for people who share that passion.
Our head office is in a listed building in Norwich, and we have two other offices, in Yorkshire and Glasgow.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic sales executive to join the justforgroups! team, the division which specialises in tailor-made group holidays. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for the travel industry, a background in travel and tourism, or a minimum of two years working in a sales role. You will have strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to multi-task, whilst working in an office environment, and
Key responsibilities include;
· Sourcing, and contacting new customers predominantly via telephone and email with the occasional in-person visits
· Maintaining, developing, and building relationships with existing customers, whilst identifying their needs to tailor-make group holidays
· Handling, processing, and confirming customer enquiries
· Meeting targets and deadlines
· Sourcing, negotiating rates, and contracting hotels
· Researching, and creating bespoke itineraries
· Preparing promotional materials for customers to help sell the holidays
· Processing and preparing correspondence via email and post
· Processing payments and invoices
· Occasional off-site visits to customers and business partners
Hours: Full-time preferred, part-time considered for the right candidate.
Days: Monday-Friday.
